Stamps free to Congress "Post Roads"

I have been asked can one get a $100 to print Stamps on a Computer; so
Senator Boxer states after all The United States Senate Control "Post
Roads" Her thinking is since The Post Roads are paid already then
postage is paid; I then ask Her for the Road that goes only 1 mile
along the Interstate of Interstate 5 so the one mile stamps are a $100
gift for signing up to have a Computer to Print Stamps of United
States Postage so The Post Roads in Senator Boxer's thinking is way to
increase e-commerce as Her Staff so state. I as another Citizen of The
United States want to know where the Stamp Act Stops is it with UPS or
The Pony Express or is it with our First Postmaster Benjamin Franklin
so its left with Congress on their make believe "Sting" of Postage
Fraud and such are to return back to the proper of Appropriation of
Tax funds of Citizens of Congress Post Roads and to verify such stamps
are within the Plate of The United States Treasury other wise such use
of a Computer is Mail Fraud of Misappropriation of Tax.
