According to video data, the volcano was obscured by clouds. Satellite data showed a thermal anomaly over the volcano. PLOSKY TOLBACHIK VOLCANO (CAVW #1000-24-) 55.83 N, 160.39 E; Elevation 10119 ft (3085 m) Aviation Color Code is ORANGE Strong seismicity of the volcano was registered. An amplitude of volcanic tremor was up to 2.5 mcm/s. Explosive-effusive eruption continues: lava flows continues to effusing from the Southern fissure on Tolbachinsky Dol but the volcano was obscured by clouds. A thermal anomaly was noting on satellite images at the northern area of Tolbachinsky Dol.
