Local emergency declared in Riverside County as storms continue to rage 

The county's Emergency Operations Center in Riverside has been activated and personnel are monitoring developments.
 

Traffic Alert! Lanes on 60/91/215 freeway interchange in Riverside shut down

According CHP officials, concrete from the 215 connector ramp crumbled and landed on Chicago Avenue, immediately raising concerns about the bridge's structural integrity.
