The Stanislaus County Librarian in use of Cover up of Sex offender to private citizens in a Law Library setting also disclosed as Public Place, in the attempt to soliciting another on enclosure of a sex offender of Terminal research area of e-government and e-sign service of documents in research of 4 terminal such Library on or about November 29, 2010 at or about 1145 PT did in fact chose to move a female with a small day care child into a enclosed location of The Law Library, with the statement to the Sex Offender that was the only place located for them, such is Day Care location is without state licenses and with Authorization to enclose a child with a sex offender is approach to soliciting to The District of Attorney in respect to the Child in a Law Library setting and not a normal Library setting where children area is separate, such is violation of Penal code 653f (e).
