* A SLOW MOVING PACIFIC TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WESTERN UNITED STATES OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. DEEP MOISTURE HAS SURGED ACROSS SOUTHERN AND EASTERN UTAH AHEAD OF THE TROUGH AND WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN AND EASTERN UTAH OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
